When working with clients, I take a holistic approach which means considering the whole system rather than just focusing on individual components. This approach integrates various aspects of an individual, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

I also draw from my personal journey through trauma. I’ve seen in my life what happens with unacknowledged pain, and it can become suffocating.

What I had to learn was, by allowing my pain to be witnessed and shared, God could begin to illuminate the darkness and pave a way for my healing. Healing begins when we bring our pain out of the shadows and into the light, breaking shame.

I know this journey isn’t easy, that’s why I promise to offer gentle guidance, support, tools, and a listening ear. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding.

There is HOPE. Just as there are ripple effects from the trauma we have experienced, there can also be incredible ripple effects from the healing as well.
